Postage

All items ordered within the UK are eligible for free delivery. Items ordered and paid for will be dispatched within 1-3 working days, (unless otherwise specified).

All items are posted via Royal Mail in either a padded Jiffy bag or postage paper (unless otherwise specified).

All items are checked for leakage etc BEFORE posting, therefore items damaged in the post will have to be dealt with through the posting company.

All UK items are sent out Second Class and should arrive within 2-5 days of posting.

If you would like your parcel sent out next day delivery, recorded or first class, contact us first to arrange this. We will need to request extra payment through Paypal.

Pick Up

If you would like to pick your item up from our salon please contact us first to arrange this as we don't hold all stock in the salon. Our salon is located in Stockport, Cheshire.

WORLDWIDE Shipping costs

Our shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the order, which is measured in grams.

We ship worldwide from only £2.90

If your order exceeds the weight limit for worldwide shipping please contact us.

OUT OF STOCK - 

In the unlikely event that we run out of stock of an item in which you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you how long before it will be in stock. You can then either wait for the item/s or obtain a full refund.
