STAINING:
Paintbox will stain – cover what you care about
Paintbox will stain the hands, remember to wear plastic gloves
Apply Fudge Hair Varnish around the hairline as a protective barrier to prevent the skin staining
PROCESSING:
A plastic cap or plastic wrap wound loosely around the head may be used to contain heat and obtain maximum colour development
COLOUR INTENSITY/DURABILITY:
The most vibrant results will be achieved on pre-lightened hair
The lighter the base the more true to swatch the colour will be

The more porous, dry and damaged the hair shaft is, the longer lasting Paintbox will be
For less porous hair, Paintbox will wash out quicker
PRE-LIGHTENING:
Thoroughly shampoo out bleach before applying Fudge Paintbox Colour to towel dried hair
Hair with uneven porosity will give uneven results
COLOUR MIXING:
Always consider the rules of the colour wheel. When using blue tones ensure you pre-lighten hair to a very pale yellow (white) to avoid green results 'UNLESS WANTED'
Mix with Whiter Shade of Pale to get pastel results
Mix any colours together to create new shades and also browns
COLOUR REMOVAL:
1) Mix Equal parts: Fudge Speed Bleach and hot water, or 10 vol + shampoo
2) Apply a mixture to damp hair staying away from scalp area
3) Check progress every 5 minutes for a total of 20 minutes
Rinse out (repeat 1-3 if required), follow with Fudge Shampoo, Conditioner and 1 Shot treatment
